THE BUSINESS CASE FOR GENDER EQUALITY

Workplace Gender Equality can only be achieved when men and women are empowered through diversity and inclusion, to live a happy, balanced and successful life.  Many organisations are committing to move towards the target of 50/50 by 2020. CDP  partners with organisations who wish to take action through a measurable strategy to achieve this goal. Stronger together with our male champions of change we remove the concept of gender as an effect on whether someone will be considered a suitable candidate, identified for executive development or coaching, perhaps considered for an internal promotion.

Organisations looking to be positioned as an Employer of Choice are investing in an inclusive recruitment strategy to better attract, engage, develop and retain top female talent.

CDP works with organisations who recognise we are stronger together to position them to be included in the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency [WGEA] Report, recognised for working towards gender equality targets in 2019 and beyond.

The WGEA shares that  "Achieving gender equality is important for workplaces not only because it is ‘fair’ and ‘the right thing to do,’ but because it is also linked to a country’s overall economic performance".

It is proven that women having a seat at the table is good for business. Gender equality is good for business and the world we are creating for our Next Gen.
